At St Patrick's, we want to do everything we can to ensure your child receives the best care. Our Supporting Children with Medical Conditions Policy outlines how we can support the medical needs of our pupils.
On occasions, your child may need to take medicine prescribed by a doctor whilst in school. Before we can do this, a Parental and School Agreement for Administering Medicine must be completed. Please find the form below.
If your child suffers with asthma, or a different on-going medical condition, it is important that this is communicated to school. We ask that any information or Health Care Plans from a GP are given to school to copy so we have the correct information on file. We would also ask you to fill in our school Health Care Plan for our information. Please find the form below.
